Established In 1963 - Owned and Operated by The Beck Family
Beck's Outboard Inc. started back in 1963 as a simple 'engine specializing' repair shop, founded by the first generation in 1963 and maintained over the changing times by the Beck family, which settled in the area during the railroad expansion and major developments in the Jacksonville area.
We made it a point to support other small and family-owned businesses in the area and select the brands that we partner with based on the values we have had and continue to maintain. We believe in honesty, hard work, and fairness - whether you're looking at our pricing or the way that we treat each and every customers with the same respect and kindness we treat each other with. These core values and the morals that our family has been raised upon continue to back our reputation for excellent customer service, now under the management of the second and third generation.
We continue to offer both sales and service focused around an American-made brand with our partnership with Mercury™ and will continue to offer service and repair for Evinrude-Johnson™ outboard engines (model limitations apply) as long as parts are available and warranties can be processed for the time being.
